Our shop is based at the National Trust property Tredegar House in Newport, South Wales, where we stock a range of products for all your patchwork, quilting and sewing needs. This year will be our 28th year of trading, if you have a story to tell us about your experience at Busy Bees we would love to hear it.
We love visitors and look forward to welcoming you – directions and opening hours. We have a customer gallery to display all the wonderful work of our very talented customers. Every Year we launch our new programme of classes for 2027 through to 2028, every year we provide a wide range of classes to suit all abilities and to inspire your creative mind.
Join us for this fun weekend 🙂 You will be amazed at what you can achieve when you book on a class at Busy Bees Patchwork workshops and classes.
City and Guilds is changing, unfortunately level 1 certificate is no longer available and this year the ladies have been following the same structure but in a more relaxed way, without all the written work. This has proved popular as a precursor to level 2 which is still available for a couple of years. Places are limited and therefore if you are interested in the foundation course (old level 1) please register your interest with Beccy 01633 810801.
After level 1 you can move onto level 2 and then level 3 and realise your true potential as a textile artist! If you are interested in textile art then please come along to our exhibition and see what you can achieve on this fantastic course.
